Interior health is incompetent to oversee the PRH'S emergency department. 15 years and counting. Zero accountability and the narcissistic physician is a criminal denying people access to healthcare. YOUR THE PROBLEM!
Needs new receptionists. They are completely and utterly useless. Receptionist at the clinic that answered my call after I told her I couldn’t leave a message due to me being unable to take a call back from my attending psychiatrist for a number change around 12:16PM April 5th was very disrespectful and nasty. If there is any way I can file a complaint on her, I will be doing so as her attitude towards me was disgusting. People like that shouldn’t be in medical and should be fired.
Had the best experience with Dr. Shelly , was new to BC and felt taken care of , respected, & listened too. The staff were also very sweet everytime I visited . Amazing place ! Highly recommend.

IHA is enabling addicts with left wing ideology that is based on politics and not science. Some good ppl work here but as an organization, we citizens deserve a clean sweep of management.
