Bought 33 bags of insulation, One of the packages thats hold 4 bags was soak and wet, I called to let them know , and the refuse to believe me , and gave me no option to replace , sales person was Ana or Hannah, next time take my money to a local business
Company sold a defective product then expected Owner to pay to have it installed twice … pic is of a company rep teddy conversation and not wanting to settle there mistake

Had a delivery of drywall to this place...was raining so had to wait to off load....when it stopped Mark came and help me roll up my 3 lumber tarps and off loaded me with the quickness....he was very polite and professional...will delivery her again hopefully soon
Semi drivers beware!!!!! Company called the day before to ask if I could deliver a day early, they said yes ( be there between 0900-1100) I get there at 0945 and was told they would not unload because it was raining and I was there a day early ( was never informed they would not unload during rain , which would of been great to know since there was a storm going through there that day that I'm sure they knew about.
