I had requested their services to install a custom double bedroom door. One of their sales representatives, Tim, visited me to provide a quotation for the same. We scheduled an appointment for the installation process. However, what really impressed me was the installation team, consisting of two individuals - Bryan in particular, who did a commendable job in making the door fit perfectly and work smoothly. I appreciate his patience and efforts in ensuring that the door functions correctly. Thank you.

Bought a Thermatru entry door from them (material only). I'm not sure why it is so difficult to buy a door... Interior Door was easy to work with and offered a very decent price. Highly recommended.

I went with a materials only option due to budget and felt I was skilled enough to perform the install on my own. If you go with materials only I would highly recommend making sure you measure all jambs and if possible try and get the rough framing to be consistent or standard sizes. If not, you will need to do a-lot of custom cutting which could damage your material. If you are using a contractor, they will be responsible for the quality of the install, not the company.
