I have always enjoyed your store. You have lovely furniture and accents to go with.. I have been to your store numerous times throughout the years… but, today was a totally different day. A bit disappointing. We saw an Accent Chest we liked, when we spoke to the store personnel, we were made aware that only the floor model was available, which seems strange as the store's website lists the piece as a new addition. The fact that the price was for the floor model was definitely not made clear on the display. When we asked "is there any discount for us taking the floor model" - the brusk answer was "No".
