Delay after delay on a large order, support staff unable to help. Placed the order in November and currently (in March) there’s still no concrete date on when the furniture will arrive

I had the best experience at Interior Define, working with Kaylee. I walked in to the Chicago store and Kaylee greeted me so kindly and helped me find the perfect accent chairs for our family room. She was so patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions about comfort, fabrics and measurements. She was truly the best and I am so excited for the chairs to arrive!
Sean from Chicago was amazing! I was able to send him a video and pictures of what I wanted in a banquet! He created different designs, and worked with me until I was happy with how it looked in my space ! Sean walked me through every measurement step by step, and created a link with everything I decided on! This helped eliminate me making a mistake on my order! I would highly recommend using the virtual designer’s to anyone!
