Very rude on the phone. Just trying to get a simple med refill and basically got told the weren't even going to try to help me

Got an appointment for next day; no waiting; Maggie, PA checked everything & diagnosed my problem…excellent visit, very thorough!
we made the appointment 40 minutes before. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. We saw Maggie and she was wonderful. They had the medication we needed on hand and we were in and out in 30 minutes. So grateful to have them so close!
