I hired them to do some work on my mothers basement. I was stunned at the poor quality work that they did. One wall had a huge bump out on it because the guy doing the repair work had no idea what he was doing, the wall looks terrible and all I got were excuses for the way it looked. For a company that has a mission statement of “to provide the highest quality customer service”, boy are they lying their butts off. First, the day they were supposed to come out, after I called off work to be home, I get a call 2 hours beforehand saying that they can’t make it out. I asked when they will be able to make it out, and all I get was a “we’re not sure.” Cut to not hearing from them for the next couple days.
