Horrible place to work at but allowing clients to do weed off the proerty is just enabling them as well as knowing there's those individuals that may be selling or doing drugs while in shelter,
My kids and I stayed here about eight months after being displaced due to domestic violence. This place helped me get back on my feet, and build a good safety plan once we were finally ready to move on. This place saved us. The only advice I have is, in diversity people are coming from different walks of life to this place, the best thing you can do is be kind and respectful, but keep your head down and focus on yourself and your kids.
