This company is HORRIBLE at any communication with clients!! I had had more than one discussion about this with them and they assured me they cared about me as a client. Then they fired my aide last Friday. Here it is the following Thursday and not a word from Interim. I found out by texting my aide myself. Yeah that sounds real caring. Definitely would NOT EVER recommend this company!!
I’m not sure yet if all of the home health companies work the same way but I just called Interim a few minutes ago to get information about getting our dad set up for home health services & was told that we needed a Dr, hospital or case worker to send over a referral. So, I just wanted to post that info on here so others are aware that you need a referral before getting any information about if your insurance will cover or any other information. Caregivers don't show up when they should. They dont call the consumer know when nobody's going to show up. They should at least be able to let you know.
