I had knee replacement surgery and contracted with Interim Healthcare for their nursing and physical therapy services. Laurie Calabrese was an excellent therapist and was both knowledgeable and patient. Jessica Henderson, my nurse, was also thorough and informative. I would have given the service an extra star, but the third young lady they sent for therapy talked way too much, including some personal experiences, and never got into doing her job.

I had outpatient surgery yesterday morning and Interim Home Healthcare was supposed to have a nurse and a PT at my home yesterday afternoon. I had to get the doctor's office involved even to get a reply from Interim Home Healthcare. Now they say they can't have a PT until tomorrow and a nurse will not come until Friday. All of the other arrangements the doctor's office made went flawlessly. Interim Home Healthcare 's response is unacceptable.
