AWFUL awful awful Experience N VERA WAS RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL N HADE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! She hung up on my husband twice and I heard her arguing w my husband over the phone which he had to defend himself from this verbally abusive, so-called supervisor manager of the facility in Pensacola, Florida. My husband has been going through a great deal like many other patients whether it be cancer , Parkinson’s, a whole host of disabilities like any other patient, however Vera is a poor example for what interim home healthcare... read more
