The hospice nurses Kelli and Ashley are great they are very good with my father. The guide me in the right directions and always seem to know what my dad needs. The hospice care we are receiving with these 2 nurses couldn't be more professional or caring.
We used Interim for home health and when it was time to transitioned to Hospice. They were great with Mom in her care but also helping her children with all the feelings we were experiencing. It was difficult coming to terms with Mom’s decision to stop treatment. After she passed they checked on us which I felt was above and beyond. Watching some at end of life is difficult but it helped having support.
They allow the drivers of the fleet vehicle with the company name on it to swerve in traffic cutting off people and driving well over the speed limit. If this company cared about providing a good image for themselves they would handle this situation of driving the company vehicle #409 in an unsafe manner.
I sent a message via email, got a response from Kristin Boyd, asking when would be a good time to call. I replied and said 4:30 on that same day. No call. I called the next day June 4 , she said the time got away for her so she didn’t call. Okay. Well, I’m trying to get services for my sister who is in great need of help. Kelli Kombeck was very compassionate during the transition of our mother switching to Hospice. She kept the family informed of our mother's health. Kelli noted any physical changes shown from one visit to another. Her compassion extended to the family with guidance as health transitions happened. Kelli also extended her compassion to mom's close friends at the living facility. This is definitely a company and service that will be passed on to others.
