If I could rate them 20 stars I would! They are miracle workers and I cannot praise them enough! Special thanks to Tori, Shayla, Rena, Judy, Eric, and Tiffany for providing the best care for my father-in-law in his last days. Also wanted to say a huge thanks to Jim (maybe Joe?) for the follow up calls after our loss. They always kept us informed and were so easy to get in touch even with their CRAZY schedules! They are the absolute BEST!
I was very pleased with how well the Interim staff coordinated my post hospital therapy. My therapist, Shelby was attentive to my needs, and pain levels at the start of my treatment. She was very knowledgeable about my care. I appreciated her promptness so I could be ready for her scheduled visits. Interim of Newport News and Shelby made my transition home very comfortable me.
Nancy was my Physical Therapist while Mary was my nurse during my “recovery” from a total knee replacement surgery. They both did a FABULOUS job of my recovery! I cannot thank them enough for their dedication and professionalism toward my goals! Outstanding!
A nutse came to see me at home. She tookvitals. said I was fine and I never saw her again, which was fine since I had no need to see her.
