When I was looking for care at home for my daughter, the staff answered questions, gave support and followed through until her last day. They were honest with us and gave us good contacts for our other needs.

Completely unreliable, late, and no one will contact you if their person isn't able to make it. It's completely unprofessional not to let someone know when things change, or if they can't make it. Don't waste your time if your loved one needs prompt, timely, care or if you need to know when things change. Even the day of, or after the fact would have been nice to know. We had to call them, twice, in a week, after waiting over an hour past expected arrival, to find out what was going on, because no one contacted us! - Edit si... read more

The staff at Interim are amazing people. They are responsive, kind and professional. They work hard to find the best caregiver for your loved one. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Very dissatisfied with the lack of follow up Interim of Louisville provides. My father has been in their care for a couple of years now. If the caregiver doesn’t show up, he is never called and a replacement is never sent. Sometimes, days go by before he/we know “if” he will be provided care. For someone who cannot take care of themselves and is on oxygen and can barely walk, this lack of care is not acceptable.
