After years of having them providing service I receive a notice that simply says "In seven days they were no longer going to provide service due to a lack in staff" To date no phone calls are returned. RUN!!
They call themselves "healthcare" but that's good as long as your health does not need care on a holiday since they will not pay their aids overtime so they don't show up. If an aid gets sick they have no coverage so your left alone even if your paralyzed and cannot use a toilet or get your meds by yourself.
