Absolutely the worst service from the Director down to the customer service representative down to the CNA that provided the care. They leave clients without services for 3 weeks without care. If you want quality care and service, this is definitely not the agency. Interim is an inadequate and neglectful agency that misrepresents what they stand for and services they can provide. BEWARE!
