Amy, RN. Came today to replace Wound Vacuum Dressing. Very professional an knowledgeable. Pleasant and courteous. She changed dressing carefully and skillfully. Awkward dressing yet she finished a great job. She was also helpful in explaining ifI have too many dressings return to Company, your Insurance will be reimbursed for sterile items - it helps to keep health care costs down. Interim has an exemplary RN, in ,Amy. Kudos to Interim Elizabeth..
The home health nurses were great. Therapists, not so much. Kept leaving voicemails without follow thru. Non existent therapy!
