I phoned Interim Home Health, looking for an agency that could file my mother’s insurance. Unfortunately, Interim had reached their quota on United Healthcare Medicare Advantage (not their fault, circumstance of the times we are in). However, Melanie, didn’t just cut me off with a “Sorry. Can’t help you!” She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable.
