Flood today is prompting me to write this. Let me just tell you a few of the issues of their Hunter development: - Flooding in the sauna/gym. It trickled down to one of the storage units and a lot of people's stuff was damaged. - Balcony glass shattered on two separate units, entire panels. No one was hurt, but it could have been an even worse situation. - Lack of hot water MANY times. - Multiple security issues - one of the doors in the building is constantly breaking and fixing it doesn't last. Absolutely atrocious low quality builds.
The worst developers and construction management team. They are in the business of not paying the trades. So unprofessional and dishonest.
Unfortunate that in 2021 the website only shows men as the team members with only 2 being of BIPOC. No diversity of women in executive roles.
