The plumbing side of this firm was excellent.However I asked Chris to move my washing machine onto my garage and superficially all looked very good. But since then, have not had the yearly boiler serviced,no communication from Chris as to why after phone calls emails and a letter. No fire door ( quoted for) etc etc. think he had a team of cowboys help him. Just had to spend out again having things redone. So sad, what has happened? Had 10 years of good service previously.
Boiler service was booked online and paid for via paypal but they did not turn up. It has been a week and no response to trying to get my money refunded. I will be seeking further action against this company that has stolen my money.
Brilliant job, replacing back boiler. New boiler and all pipework fitted and up and running in one day, just finishing off lagging day two. Very reasonable cost too. Thanks Chris and team.
Boiler fitting for my elderly mum last month. The fitters were friendly, helpful, tidy and polite. They popped back to rectify an issue with one of the radiators. Highly recommend. My mum is pleased and her house is lovely and warm.
Chris was brilliant! The timescales he had to work to were really tight and nothing was too much trouble. A really tidy job - THANK YOU.
