Ordered an item and received the wrong one. They said that they would replace it with the proper item and then never did. They never responded to further inquiries either. Been doing business with them since the 80s. Won’t be doing business with them anymore.Crooks. Another perfect example on how to lose customers that you’ve had for decades.
I was looking for a particular BSG patch to put together a Commander Cain uniform. Found it on ebay but after some further searching, I found it on the Intergalactic Trading Company website for a little cheaper and very reasonable shipping. So I ordered it. What I got wasn't the patch I ordered. I sent an email notifying them I received the wrong patch. No response.
