The train they load/unload lumber on blocks the railroad crossing for everyone. We're literally stuck here every single time until they finish.

Just let go of a BUNCH of people because they are “struggling”… yet they still have a hiring sign up… Horrible management. They have a “favorite” system they go by regarding employees, they say one thing, yet do another: the millwright program is only for the “favorites” or outside “friends”, they only promote from the outside when it comes to a management position. Let me save other drivers alot of time if you show up after shipping is done. For lumber You go on past the scale house take a right keep going go past the first stop sign around to the second and you can spend the night there if not then other will most definitely jump in front of you. Then you wait till 7am and the rest of the day to get loaded. Your welcome

Where the ones who work hard get treated like dirt and the ones who don't get treated like a God. Certain ppl here get to use there phones inside the mill and can take as many breaks as they want heck you can take 3 hrs if your a certain type of individual, or if your related to someone in management. Been here 4 a couple of years and job is a joke more and more everyday.
