This place is rude the people don’t care about you only their checks and been here over 24 hrs still asking for something to eat
Crazy situation nobody is giving you any attention doctors don’t care about you they are just trying to hold you there as long as possible to make more money from insurance. Do not go there it’s doesn’t matter what kind of emergency situation you have don’t think that somebody cares about you except nurses of course.
I gave one but they really need a zero option I really don’t understand why they still have this hospital open if the people in charge come to see how this place is ran they would have burnt this shit down smh this is ridiculous
As someone who needs emergency services often for a heart condition, this is my go to hands down 10/10 ER to go to in NYC. most ER's I go to are condescending, discriminatory and incompetent- this spot they were having a great time with each other, kind, communicative, and helpful every step of the way each time I was there. I never felt condescended to & if i had knowledge around my own treatment to share I wasn't ignored or argued with or refused service as has happened many times in the past.
