Do not bring anyone here unless you are looking for bad service your insurance being charged extremely they have every excuse in the world for negligence if you have bad insurance(medicaid) or no insurance at all you are in trouble advise your family members if you care about them not to come to this place i prefer american or German doctors in general

I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. Of course waiting took time, but literally every doctor, nurse, EMT, and staff member made our experience as pleasant as possible. No one was dismissive or rude. The ER was a crazy packed place with so many people needing help, but my husband and I always felt like if we asked for anything, we were attended to and listened to immediately. Many thanks to the ER team for helping us get through an upsetting medical scare.
