This organization is not interested in serving a racially and gender-diverse clientele. The women they employ are gossipy and disrespectful regularly. The property manager in charge woke up on the wrong side of the bed one morning and decided to take it out on me, seemingly due to my race and gender. Maintenance is unreliable - usually I have to bug them several times and some safety issues don't get fixed at all. Also poor building construction. It's not the trauma-informed community they claim it to be.

I'm staying in one of their properties. It's sort of an average experience. Mostly it's fine, but I'm frustrated by some minor maintenance issues from day one, and having to repeatedly request to get things fixed. Then they act shocked and blame me if I stop trying to inform them of every single problem. Also noisy neighbors & thin walls.
