Almost 15 years in IT and I can finally say I've found the absolute bottom of the barrel as far as companies related to tech go. It doesn't get worse than Interface Systems across the board. The sheer amount of carelessness and incompetence is comical at this point. Prospective customers beware, you don't need the stress of this company (and their foreign contracted tech support at that) in your life.

Supervisor was only concerned with advancing his career, didn't stand behind his employees. Glad I no longer work there.

I received 3 missed calls at 2 am from this company. When I called them to ask why they were calling me when I don’t have an account with them, it turns out someone else’s number had been entered into their system incorrectly. The first girl on a recorded call gave me the account holder’s name, violating their privacy. And also not alerting them to their fire or burglary alarm.
