They were very kind, but a task that should have been 2 mins, took 27mins. Minimal communication between team members that I had to explain what I wanted to do. I will reach out to my company to switch security systems as this was not the first time this happened.

I've been using this company for nearly 20 years, but I couldn't get into the app suddenly since last Friday, and the panel wasn't connected, and I knew the customer service wasn't working because it was the weekend, so I called as soon as I got to work on Monday morning. However, she said my panel had a connection problem last week, so they called me, but they could not connect me, so they canceled my service. What is this ridiculous thing? Do not hire them to protect your storefronts. Not responsive to any of our needs.

Upon my review a representative did reach out to me to address my concerns.There was a miscommunication and the sales representative did explain the problem and apologize.We all are human and sometimes things fall thru the cracks

Interface visited my home to install(3) cameras .I decided to exchange (1) camera for a ringbell.My sales and and technican stated they would return with 1 week to install.Tis order was placed in 2024 of August.When I call to speak with various supervisors all I get is the run around and no return phone calls.I can't wait until my service contract is up so I can change alarm companies
