They told me I had to fix my equipment and then when they got here they told me there was nothing they could do to fix it. Told me it was lack of electricity or a down phone line. I made sure those were all working and still this company told me it isn’t their equipment yet again passing the blame so they said there’s no way they can fix it. I called a competitor and their equipment works just fine so it 100% wasn’t my fault /they could fix it. They also tried telling me that I couldn’t end the service until a specific time.... read more
Fire alarm sounding.... called 800 number put on hold for 10 minutes. Received phone call on office phone saying fire dept. was on way..... after several phone calls to interface being on hold...… no one could help.....wanted to talk about other topics.....not interested in the real problem. Fire dept stated it was faulty equipment from Interface. Interface scheduled someone to come check it out …….maybe next week. Loud alarm sounding throughout neighborhood. Next week Is NOT an option.
