Their service is horrible. If ADT had bothered to finish our quote, we would be gone. They order parts, have them shipped to your location but never schedule anyone to install them. You call in to schedule it, are 7th in the queue and wait 45 minutes. Then they send you to the wrong department who sends you to someone who never answers and it only goes to voicemail. Then they never respond to the voicemail. It has been over two months trying to get our system fixed. Multiple calls. Their online ticketing system doesn't work.... read more
