This place is insane!
Equipment failures, nonresponsive support, tried to work with them, but no responses. I'm cancelling service.
It took over an hour to schedule a service appointment and when my alarm has gone off they put you on hold for sometimes 20 minutes. I have been with the company for quite a while and their service has gone way downhill.
I have an older alarm systems and when they changed the battery they couldn't figure out how to program the date and time. They said they would send someone out but never did. They just blew me off, after over ten years with them. I went with another company, I see that they responded to my review but it's too little too late. Most of that is just to let people reading the bad reviews think they are doing something about it.
