Have worked for other companies who ask and brush off what is advised and nothing changes for the better. The company creates instructions, resources and guides for teams to reference and assists to be successful.
A Great Rehab company to work for. I am current employee working for company since 2012. Simple philosophy where patient care and best for customer is at heart. For employees, good benefits, competitive rates and great flexibility. Lot of advancement opportunities for employees. For I Would be happy to give 100 stars and not 5 stars if available.
Worked at their Brawley, CA facility. Nothing but Medicare Fraud from day one. All the therapists were new grads who sat there and did nothing all day long. DOR was a PTA who billed for patients that were never seen. Makes you travel up to two hours from your home facility to cover other facilities, If you refuse, they will write you up and make you use your PTO. 3 write ups and they fire you. Most unethical company I've ever worked for.
