They did a deck replacement (ipe deck with glass railing and drink rail) for us. The best thing is that they addressed any concerns we had before during and after installation (even after they were paid in full and i had a couple of small things that were imperfect, they just got fixed a few days later as if by magic). We are very pleased with our new deck. Communication was easy and they were very friendly!
We are thrilled with our new deck & patio!! We worked with Raman as the project manager who was direct, calm and thorough. He was very easy to work with and laid out all options and explained different materials well. Raman was transparent about material quality and cost. I made an error in color selection and he was quick to get it sorted and it didn’t delay the completion at all. The workers were friendly and I appreciated that they left the area spotless. Intercrus was a pleasure to work with. Raman was very responsive to all my questions and requests. My deck is beautiful, and much stronger than it was before. All this and they were actually also the cheapest quote out of the three companies I contacted. I highly recommend them for any deck project.
