I don’t know what is going on at the Doral branch, they don’t answer their phones and you leave messages and they don’t call you back. They don’t care about loosing customers, closing all my accts with them. 🤔
BEWARE OF THIS BANK, I have been in this bank for 20yrs , now there is a new owners and my account has been debited non stop without answers for the commercial loan officers. I have tried to resolve it with no response since June. I also will warn you they DO NOT REPORT to the credit department , so while your paying all these years they do not tell you it is not reported, I called my loan officer to find out why, she never called back. Staff here is very nice and helpful never a wait to get my checks cashed. The staff is always willing to help in any way they can. I have gone to other banks of the same branch and this one is by far the best service I have got
