customer service on the phone was horrible. With Best and N&S why would anyone shop here? I prefer writing 5 star reviews. This one guy answering the phone may be an isolated incident, but he was curt and useless.
Good customer service — prices were insane..
Last 2 times I've gone there, I'm the only customer in the store and still stand there for 10 minutes before someone will come to the counter and then it's the same thing. We dont carry this, try a different store. Wont be wasting my time here again.
I was unhappy with the price, because they charged me for 3" PVC DWV 90° Elbow (w/ 2" Side Inlet) $43 that costs $20
