Just weird experience after weird experience. When I showed up they told me they only have valet when I asked about parking (which is fine, but just fyi) and then when I tried to call down the next morning to get my car pulled up I was told they don’t do call aheads, you have to go down to desk. Then I get to the desk, they’re struggling to find my keys, and the guy asks if I perhaps called ahead. ?!? No sir, I was told you didn’t do that??? They found the keys eventually. The jets were wonderful
Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One of the best places to stay. The valet person ( i think jayden) and Chris, were extremely helpful and just made us feel at home.
