No follow up, no customer service, not sure if they know how to run a business... Just tried to call for the 8th time to get someone from customer service to help with my issue and learned that they have BLOCKED my number. Not only do they not want to address an issue that is their doing, they are blocking me from contacting them to ask them to do their job. Would NOT hire them to plug in an extension cord - completely incompetent.
They made our home a smart home. They sold us a Crestron system and we absolutely love it. Couldn't be happier with what we got. Billy was easy to get a hold of and the install was done quick and on time and anytime there is any kind of problem they are quick to get it fixed.
Excellent customer service and expertise. I would highly recommend their services.
We had nothing but a good experience. They were prompt and repaired our system in approximately 30 minutes.
