Working with the InterContinental Hotel Chicago was a great experience, especially with Shay. Shay was attentive, responsive, and quick to resolve any issues that came up. The team was punctual and flexible when changes were needed, making coordination much easier. We truly appreciated their professionalism and how easy they were to work with!

Rooms and service were terrible; location great. As for the room, we stayed in a king suite. The bathroom shower is terrible. They designed it so half of it is open parallel to the shower stream, no option to close it. Absolutely stupid. Gets water all over the bathroom. Toilet located parallel to that, so it’s like peeing in a public bathroom. Vanity has no storage. Fan in bathroom doesn’t work. HVAC is uncontrollable. Pillows have no support. Location is the best. In the heart of Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Off to the river. Main lobby was nice and restored. It has a Starbucks within. The rooms are not recently remodeled and are not in the best condition. The service was nice. The ladies at the breakfast room were very polite and professional.
