Mal servicio, deposite mj caja el 24 de septiembre pague $650, y nadie contesta ni por telefono correo o watsup de Toronto y Montréal.
NO ENVÍEN CON ESTA EMPRESA!! El 2 de abril inicié un proceso de envío de caja, con tres tentativas de recolecta que nunca fueron realizadas. La semana del 14 de abril, fui directamente a dejar la caja en los almacenes de Longueuil. La caja fue recogida el 26 de abril en Longueuil y el 29 de mayo se marcó como en tránsito. I first rated the service 5 stars and sustained the review for years, but I have felt considerable service degradation over the last year or so. The box pick-up service was impeccable at first, but then started being improvised. I started getting notified about pickups with very little notice, and had to make last minute arrangements to make things work. It's only gotten worse since then.
