Dr. Patel did more for me at my first appointment then Kaiser did in 7 years! I had severe neck and shoulder pain and numbness in my right hand because of my neck. Dr. Patel prescribed me a very low dose muscle relaxer three day's later the pain was gone.He also sent me to one of the best rehabilitation centers. My neck problem was so severe I was getting maybe 3 hours of sleep a night that alone was driving me out of my mind! Kaiser did nothing except recommend a class to help me live with pain. For a new patient appointment they scheduled me 4 1/2 months out!!! I had to wait over 4 months just to see my new doctor (Johnson) Every time I have an appointment I have to wait 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours JUST TO BE CALLED Into the back room where I had to wait even longer. Can't call to make an apt you have to show up in person bec THEY DONT ANSWER OR CALL BACK. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE EVER
