I am writing this to warn other families about the 'care" provided by Kendra Thompson at the Main St East Hartford location. My mother, a vulnerable patient, has suffered significant financial loss and emotional distress under her supervision. While Kendra was supposed to be assisting with housing applications and DSS redeterminations, she instead gained access to my mother's online accounts and changed the passwords, locking her out.
