HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF!!!!! CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT FOR A COLONOSCOPY WITH NO NOTICE AFTER I PREPPED. NO ONE CALLED AND NO EXPLAINED WHY WHEN I CALLED.
Staff truly needs direction on how to be human beings. No personality, no desire to understand or explain. Felt like I was talking with AI.
Very long wait times over the phone, office lady Lupè was unhelpful, rude, condescending and did not seem to care at all. All I was trying to do was request a refill for a mutual patient
Dr. Summerlee is an amazing doctor! I was having some issues and was able to set up a new patient appointment, we scheduled 2 procedures right away and his bedside manners is one of the best I’ve experienced! Overall, very happy with him, his office and how he treats his patients. Thank you Dr. Summerlee for taking care of me, I will recommend you to anyone that I know.
Great Doc…,you should know THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! IM so sick of this from all the offices… Pay your staff more!
