I was hung up on by there rep for scheduling who didn't want to listen just tell me they are scheduled out until June. Which I get fine, just don't be rude. I also speak to Karen the office manager who wants to explain and not listen to me and brushed by the fact that the woman I spoke with, was rude, laughed at me then hung up. I also waited 25 minutes on hold 2x. United healthcare says accepting new patients, but these guys dont want new patients, just like to be rude to people. Terrible customer service.
Been with Dr. Arroyo for over 20 years. He is a fantastic physician. Personable and most importantly he is never rushing you out the door!
This place is a mess, unorganized, and inefficient. First of all, the online portal that everyone on staff insists you get onto to communicate with them doesn’t work. I’ve called and the staff complains about the IT dept for not having it fixed. No one staff has been able to answer any of my questions about my follow ups. Not to mention it takes an hour to actually speak to someone over the phone. My symptoms continue to get worse and no one is able to answer any of my concerns.
