Very professional, congenial, and exceptional.
I was seen by pam Kelly one time. That next year came around and I scheduled a my yearly checkup. I sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes before I finally went to the counter to be told that my appointment had been cancelled. Pam Kelly was off on the same day someone scheduled me to have a physical. I was extremely upset because I had taken time off work to just waste my time like that.
