Complete waste of time and money.
It's 4:40 Friday afternoon. You were supposed to call me for a referral from another doctor in your group. Haven't heard anything, it's been over a week, so I decided to call you. Interesting, I got a message that you were at lunch. Guess you put that message on at 4:30 to avoid end of day phone calls? Not sure I even want to go to you . My phone call would have not even taken 5 minutes.
Not welcoming front desk. Argumentative when they had misinformation in my medical records and reportin. Did not relate to my medical history or condition. Never did see Dr. BYERS FOR MY REASON FOR VISIT DUE TO CONCUSSION. HITTING MY HEAD EAR TEMPORAL AREA CONCERN LUMP BEHIND EAR.
