Worst Experience of my life! Cut me off, rude, condescending, told me to hurry up no time to listen to me. Felt like he doesn’t like women at all. I wanted to ask him if he treated his family like his patients. I told him horrible bedside manners. Wasted my time after traffic etc. Do your research on this guy! A 1 rating was for him just showing up and to post. He should not be involved with public especially practicing medicine!

Dr Ruffing is thorough, personable and skilled. I would recommend him to anyone who asked me for a neurological referral.
Dr Ruffing was extremely personable and thorough. I would highly recommend him.
Saw Dr. Ruffing about 20 years ago and had a bad experience with him. In speaking with a neighbor who was recently referred to him by her primary, she told me of a horrible experience that she had just had with a neurologist and it brought back memories from that time. I hapoened to mention his name and, guess what, he's still practicing medicine in the same rude, disrespectful and hurtful manner.
