I've been a patient of Dr. Yohn for many years. Great doctor, never rushed, answers all questions, very personable.
I completed the check in online. I was 9 minutes late for the appointment after driving 30 minutes. Car accident on highway. Doctor refused to take me. No other patents in waiting room. Speaks volumes of inflexibility. Nurse did not even have decency to speak to me directly, Debbie .Shocked at lack of service skills.
