I’ve been very happy with this practice for years and have always appreciated how efficiently they run their office. Unfortunately, I recently arrived 6 minutes late to an appointment because I was unaware they had moved locations. I was not informed of the move, spent time locating the new office, and was then told I would have to reschedule because they were fully booked. Great doctor but horrible phone system. Was on hold for 30 minutes and drove to the office while on hold, there were five people in the office working and not a single person was answering the phone. While on hold and waiting in line to talk to somebody my call was disconnected After being on hold for 30 minutes. I was able to make my appointment with the people in the office but when I asked them about the phone system they got offended and rude. Dr gets 5 stars but office staff and phone system get a one.

Great office staff. Appointment was on time. Thorough exam. Very kind physician and explained everything well. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

After 5 months waiting for the appointment because of the traffic my father arrived 7 min late. Apologized for the delay explaining that they were stuck in traffic but with no care at all said they had to schedule another appointment. And no other patient was in the lobby waiting. Thank you for nothing doctor. This is not fair.

6 weeks of dealing with itchy skin, and 5 other doctors later... I was referred to Dr. Yohn, he diagnosed me within 10 minutes of our visit. He explained everything to me in simple terms, answered all of my questions, and gave me an easy to follow treatment plan. Within 2 days of treatment, I was no longer having the itchy skin that was wreaking havoc on me physically and emotionally. I highly recommend Dr. Yohn!
