He listens to his patients and is very personable.
I can't really review about Dr Oettinger, because you can't get past his obnoxious, condescending, disagreeable staff. The women that answer the phone and take information should all be fired,but nowadays you can't find anyone worth a damn to do the low level jobs, so you're stuck with these absolutely worthless pieces of garbage.
doctor oettinger is the best of the best...kind, informative ,caring . I had a great experience with him and his whole staff.
