Tech said my father needs to replace the battery in his pacemaker, so why do we need to come back 3 weeks later to see the nurse to tell us the same thing - can't you just schedule the surgery? Looks like they need extra $ - SMH.
Been coming here for ten years. They refuse to give me A telebealth appointment with out A positive covid test and they refuse to give me A regular appointment with out A negative test. I’m sick and don’t have the means to get A test. Instead of transferring my call to someone else the very kind and helpful lady hung up on me. I was sent to see Dr. Michael Gordon, orthopedic surgeon, by my primary doctor. He subsequently sent me for an X-ray in another area of the office which was convenient. After reviewing it he determined that I had a frozen shoulder and arthritis. He gave me a cortisone shot (which I was hesitant about but glad I got it after all) to alleviate the pain and recommended that I start PT right away. He and his staff were very professional and congenial and there was very little wait time. I highly recommend Dr. Gordon.
Took my wife in for an xray. Great people.
