I see all these comment bashing them, I have Dr Thomas, Dr Perez and Dr Cantero handling the mess which is my person, one people seem to forget that this is a clinic, not a restaurant, they gotta help thousands of other people and they’ve got 2 locations to cover all of their problems, sure you can get the occasional grump nurse or something but if you treat them like a human they’ll want to work with you, I haven’t had any problems other than scheduling from them probably only a handle of times in a decade of going to them,... read more
I love this place because of the team they have! Dr. Shannon Logan, Shay, and Nicole are the most amazing people I have come in contact with in the medical field! I had ankle surgery 12/10/25 and it has been amazing! First time I haven’t been in any pain in 6 years! My insurance United Healthcare tried to deny my surgery several times right before I was about to go in, the whole team worked so hard for me to get it approved! I honestly can not thank them enough for all they have done for me! 20/10 highly recommend!
What's on hold for 18 minutes never got to talk to a person checking to see when my appointment was as they sent me two different emails with two different times.
