The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. One fault is that some of their wood has to be picked up a Logan lumber who is terrible. The manager at Intercity stepped up and saved the day by buying replacement wood when Logan wouldn’t stand by broken pieces. Don’t trust Logan but you can trust Intercity.
Walt & Matt were so kind and helpful. This was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, I couldn’t recommend this shop more !
