After discharge we returned twice only to be dismissed and again told that my dog was simply anxious when in reality he had severe abdominal pain and distension. Horrible experience here. I called on the phone to explain the situation that I was happening with my cats. Every 2 sentences I would get interrupted by the lady answering the phone correcting me on things that do not matter. And every time she would interrupt me she would be condescending and make me feel stupid. At one point she cut me mid sentence and yelled at me " CAN I SPEAK NOW " ... dude I was talking and you cut me off. I took my cat to Intercity Emergency on Friday, September 26, after her tail was badly damaged in a cat fight. This is the second time I've been to Intercity, and this visit, like the first one (hence my willingness to return), was exceedingly positive.
