I had an absolutely amazing experience with Intercity clinic. Our little yorkie puppy was suffering from severe vomiting and diarhea with moderate bleeding. I drove her immediately to Intercity at around midnight and they welcomed us with open arms. They took her in immediately and provided her with treatment. The staff and the doctors are kind, highly competent, and they took the time to explain everything to us. Our little girl is now in recovery and doing much better. Saved my cat’s life. He had a full urinary blockage and bladder stones, but is now back to his happy sweet self. They were able to help him as soon as we arrived because they didn’t have a large queue of patients. As soon as I arrived I felt like I was being taken care of by good aunties and uncles. They were empathetic while being very clear and direct about what the costs were and what was happening with my cat. Dr Yadav and Staff were absolutely lovely and respectful when we brought in our kitty. Our kitty was respected and treated with dignity at Intercity Animal emergency clinic. She was carefully handled and examined.
I would like to thank the veterinary clinic for their wonderful care, doctor A. Ranjan. Our kitten was very small and weak after the surgery, and we were very worried. The doctors and staff were kind, attentive, and truly caring. They helped our little cat recover and supported her through the difficult period after the operation.
